Our story
WILD at HEART was born in the wild woods of Scandinavia with one belief at its core: when we take an animal’s life, we honor it by using as much of it as we possibly can. Not just the backstrap — but the neck, the heart, the bones, the fat. The story doesn’t end in the forest. It continues in the kitchen.
